Inculcate skill and strive with innovative ideas: Governor

“If we want to strength the society, state and the Nation, youth of today must inculcate skill and strive with innovative ideas,” the Governor said as he inaugurated the week-long National Youth Integration Camp at Jote on Sunday.

In his address, the Governor urged upon the youth from various parts of the country to strengthen emotional and national integration. He particularly called upon the youths of the Northeastern region for reinforcing sense of oneness.

Stating that the sense of isolation and alienation amongst the youth of North Eastern region is due to the defaults of people from other parts of the country, he urged the youth to break the narrow domestic walls and stand united.

He also called upon the youth to create awareness about the flagship programmes of the state and central governments, and asked the participants to enrol at least three beneficiaries in any of the welfare programmes.

Further, Arunachal Pradesh National Youth Project (NYP-AP) President, H P Biswas highlighted the activities of NYP in the state.
NYP-AP Vice President, Pradeep Kumar Behera highlighted on the initiatives of Dr S N Subba Rao, founder of National Youth Project, towards national integration.

All Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Development Association Chairman, Nabam Regum also gave his inputs.
Conducted by NYP-AP in collaboration with the All Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Development Association, Itanagar, more than 300 youth, including girls from 28 states are participating in the camp.

The Governor’s wife, Kavita Acharya and Secretary to Governor, Vinod P Kavle were also present on the occasion.
