Though, he is Deaf-Blind, Zamir is tech savvy, always found on Whatsapp and Facebook. He communicates with his Laptop/Mobile, equipped with special software (Pac Mate). He has undergone several years of basic training in life skills and communication at the Helen Keller Institute for the Deaf-Blind in Mumbai and then went on to acquire higher qualifications.
